Starfish House...our 3 bedroom golf course villa is located inside the gates of The Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club...an easy stroll to Grace Bay Beach. This property is located on the fairway of the first hole and just a few minutes from the Clubhouse in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. It is a bright and welcoming island home that features a private pool, a shaded outdoor BBQ/dining pergola, an outdoor dining table, poolside seating, loungers, and table tennis. It truly has everything you need for relaxing, fun-filled days with family and friends. We provide folding beach chairs, an umbrella, beach/pool towels, and a cooler for your trips to the beach.
The villa includes three bedrooms: a king room with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom that can be configured with either two twin beds or one king bed, also with an ensuite, and a third bedroom featuring a queen bed that has a single trundle bed underneath, complete with an ensuite that has both a bathtub and shower. The comfortable living room has patio doors that lead to the pool deck, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for your convenience.
The Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course is directly across the street from access to Grace Bay Beach, and you’re just a short drive away from various restaurants, shops, resorts, and spas. We recommend renting a vehicle for grocery shopping, visiting the many excellent restaurants, and exploring the island’s beautiful beaches.
Guests must be 25 yrs of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Quiet hours are respected between 11pm and 7am.

The kitchen was impressively stocked with spices and condiments making it easy to cook at home. Beach chairs and an umbrella were a great bonus. Check-in was seamless and the host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

Everything about Starfish house was perfect. From the ease of booking, the communication, the house was just as the pictures showed. We were a group of 4, my husband and I, my 18 year old daughter and her friend. The house was plenty big enough for the 4 of us, with 3 ensuite bedrooms. The outdoor area was truly fantastic, we used for morning coffee, as well as evening to sit around. My husband and I are golfers and a quick 2 minute drive to the clubhouse was all it took. We had dinner out most evenings, but did use the BBQ area one eve and that was perfect too!! Being on the golf course, we felt very safe, as it is a gated community. The girls walked to the beach every day, the walk to the entrance of the golf course is half way there, then across the road and down a beach road. Took approx 8 mins. The local store is approx 5 min drive. If we were to come back to Turks and Caicos, we would definitely come back to starfish house, it really is the perfect place to stay in every possible way. Special thanks to Leslie, who was very quick with answering all communication and had great suggestions with any questions, ie car hire. Thanks for a great stay

Great stay at the Starfish House

Just returned from a week long stay at the Starfish House in Turks. Literally on 1st hole of golf course so beautiful backyard view. Quiet location. Right across from beautiful Grace Bay beach. Could walk to, but not with all beach equipment. Easy pasee more

Could walk to, but not with all beach equipment. Easy parking by Rickie’s Flamingo restaurant if get there early.
We were 3 couples. Perfect space! Have stayed in several rental homes in the past. Plenty of room, very well equipped house, especially the kitchen! Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers were so handy! Outdoor kitchen area, grill, lounging. House has it all. Pool not heated. Expected that. Air conditioning worked well. We had an issue with one of the hot water heaters, which management responded to very quickly and was very attentive to getting it fixed. Would not hesitate to stay again! |
