The villa includes three bedrooms: a king room with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom that can be configured with either two twin beds or one king bed, also with an ensuite, and a third bedroom featuring a queen bed that has a single trundle bed underneath, complete with an ensuite that has both a bathtub and shower. The comfortable living room has patio doors that lead to the pool deck, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for your convenience.
The Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course is directly across the street from access to Grace Bay Beach, and you’re just a short drive away from various restaurants, shops, resorts, and spas. Accommodating six guests, Villa Calico features 1 Queen Bedroom on the main floor and 2 King Bedrooms on the second floor, all with individual AC and ensuite bathrooms. The private backyard oasis provides a variety of seating for relaxing or dining, a pool, and outdoor shower. Enjoy the upper balconies or rooftop terrace…while away the day or enjoy the tropical sunsets after a fun-filled day.
